How do I receive my gift card?

Digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email. Physical gift vouchers can be posted or collected in-store.

Can I buy a gift card last-minute?

Yes — digital gift cards are available right up until late on Christmas Eve and arrive instantly in your inbox.

Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

Yes, simply enter the recipient’s email at checkout. Alternatively, email it to yourself and forward it on whenever suits you.

Are gift cards available in different amounts?

Yes. Choose from our preset values from €10 to €1000.

Can gift cards be used both online and in-store?

Yes — all Boomerang gift cards can be redeemed online or at our Thurles store.

Do gift cards expire?

No — Boomerang gift cards do not expire.

What if I lose my digital gift card?

No problem. Contact us with your name or order number and we’ll resend it.

Can I use my gift card partially and keep the remaining balance?

Absolutely — any unused balance remains on the card.

Can gift cards be used on sale items?

Yes — gift cards work on both full-price and sale items.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Digital cards allow a message at checkout. Physical vouchers can be handwritten for gifting.

Do you offer physical vouchers?

Yes — beautifully presented physical vouchers can be collected in-store or posted.

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.
