Sale and discounted items earn half points — you’ll still be rewarded, just at a reduced rate.

To ensure everything is transparent and easy to understand, here are the key details about how the Boomerang Winner’s Lounge works:

Points Expiry

Points remain valid for 12 months from your last purchase.

We’ll notify you in advance if any points are due to expire, so you don’t miss out on using them.

Returns & Adjustments

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed.

Minimum Redemption Threshold

You can begin redeeming rewards once you’ve earned a minimum of 100 points (€5 credit).

Redemption Restrictions

Reward points cannot be combined with discount codes or used during major promotional events such as sitewide or flash sales. Outside of those events, they can be redeemed on eligible full-priced and sale items.

Checking Your Points Balance

You can view your current points balance by logging into your Boomerang account and navigating to the My Rewards section.

Launch Date & Eligibility

The Winner’s Lounge officially launches on [17.07.2025].
Only purchases made on or after this date are eligible to earn rewards. Points are not applied retroactively to orders placed before the program began.
